La Salle School AIS Residency
I just finished an amazing two week Artist in the Schools Residency at La Salle School where I taught "Drawing with Light: Experimental Photography". I posed the question: can you create an photo with a cardboard camera? All the students in La Salle school were amazed to learn about Silver Gelatin Photography and how to create a photo with a pinhole camera! We transformed the teachers lounge into a camera obscura to observe how light travels in straight lines, made pinhole cameras and took photographs about the community of La Salle. Thanks for having me La Salle. The last two weeks have been so much fun!
